How pricing works
Most single-unit cleanouts land in the $300–$800 range depending on how full the unit is; a lightly loaded unit runs less, a packed 10×20 runs more. Do I need to be there?
Ideally yes, at least at the start — so you can point out anything to keep. But if you've already decided everything goes, we can work with facility access and a signed authorization. Call us to arrange it.
What if I want to keep some things?
No problem. We'll set keep items aside (or load them into your vehicle) and clear the rest. Partial cleanouts are common — you keep the good stuff, we take the rest.
Can you do it on the day my rental ends?
Yes — and that's the smartest way to do it. Book the cleanout for your last paid day and walk away owing nothing more. Same-day service is often available across Greater Sudbury.
What happens to usable furniture?
Donation first. Clean, usable furniture and household goods go to local Sudbury charities. We'll tell you where items went if you'd like a record.
My unit is packed floor to ceiling. Is that a problem?
